AG20 Automatic Spray Gun
TBuilt-in 100kV high-performance voltage-doubling block ensures stable continuous output, thereby achieving an extremely high powder deposition rate. The electrode needle features an internal triple air intake technology, which keeps the electrode needle tip clean, effectively preventing powder agglomeration and ensuring excellent electrostatic discharge effect. Elbow nozzles with various angles (90°, 120°, 135°) are available. It is compatible with most common powders, including metal powders, meeting various coating requirements and catering to diverse needs.

Electrode needle self-cleaning / three-time intake technology
The internal design of the spray gun features three cleaning gas channels, which can continuously clean the electrode needle tip, effectively preventing powder condensation, thereby ensuring excellent electrostatic release. This helps to improve the charging efficiency and powder application rate of the powder, thus enhancing the coating efficiency. At the same time, a clean electrode needle aids in sustained and non-decaying electrostatic release, allowing for more stable and thorough charging of the powder.
Millijoule Energy Control System
The system is built-in with an advanced "Hao Jiao Energy Control System". When the distance between the workpiece and the spray gun is below the preset safe distance, the output voltage of the spray gun will automatically decrease adaptively, effectively avoiding the phenomena of arc and sparking caused by excessive current, ensuring the safety of operation and production.
