Equipped with over 250 programmable coating programs and 3 daily quick programs, it can  quickly switch between different types of coating workpieces, which enhances production  efficiency and reduces consumables. The DVC digital valve technology can precisely control the  powder output. The parameters on the LCD display are clear and easy to understand.  Meanwhile, it supports CANBus fieldbus networking control or standalone control without a  network, and supports the connection of external I/O signals for external control.

Press the button and adjust with the multi-dimensional incremental knob, paired with an LED display, parameters are intuitive and clear. The multi-dimensional incremental knob allows for quick adjustment of various parameters. The knob integrates voltage, flow, and current adjustment functions, convenient and quick, with the minimum current adjustment at 1A and the minimum voltage adjustment at 1kV.

Operators only need to simply select the corresponding mode on the control panel during production, one-click call up expert-level spraying parameters, without the need for cumbersome manual adjustment, ensuring stable and efficient spraying quality.

The GCS Spray Gun Control System is developed based on the x86 platform, featuring excellent  adaptability and scalability. It reserves digital interface APIs and supports access via the  CANBus industrial bus and external I/O signals, facilitating interconnection and  intercommunication with other production equipment (such as robots, automated powder booth  equipment, and production line PLCs) or intelligent systems (such as MES and ERP). This  enables the realization of a highly intelligent coating production process, as well as data  collection and traceability 


The system can be expanded to a maximum of 120 spray guns, capable of meeting the needs of  large-scale production, and can be freely combined according to the actual type of workpiece,  providing flexible and customized spraying solutions.
