The GC09 has three modes on the controller: flat workpiece, groove workpiece, and re-spray  workpiece, which quickly improves spraying efficiency and quality, and also reduces the  experience required of the operator. The controller's function control layout is clear, easy to  understand, and extremely easy to use.

Automatic Current Control (ACC) Technology 

ACC technology controls the electric field intensity to achieve uniform distribution of the electric  field in various grooves or corners. This allows powder particles to deposit uniformly on the  entire surface of the workpiece, without insufficient deposition in certain areas due to the  Faraday cage effect. 

DVC proportional valve control technology 

DVC proportional valve control technology precisely controls the powder output, combining the  flexibility and high concentration powder supply of PPH40 and specially designed nozzles to  achieve more stable powder output and excellent atomization effects. It also has excellent  powder compatibility, ensuring high-quality and continuous coatings.

Simple and easy-to-understand HMI, centralized control of all parameters and precise point-to-point control. The reliable ModBus communication bus supports up to 127 stations 

simultaneously and allows the deployment of workpiece identification and remote maintenance 

systems. In addition, the control system also features one-button synchronized cleaning.
