PINNACLE GC21-SE Wall-Mounted Manual Powder Coating Equipment

Equipped with a lightweight wall-mounted bracket that supports multi-angle installation and  vertical adjustment, it can be installed at the manual spraying station of an automatic powder  coating booth or flexibly deployed within the workshop. It can draw powder from either a  centralized powder supply system or an independent powder bucket, enabling flexible touch-up  spraying requirements.

Press the button and adjust with the multi-dimensional incremental knob, paired with an LED  display, parameters are intuitive and clear. The multi-dimensional incremental knob allows for  quick adjustment of various parameters. The knob integrates voltage, flow, and current  adjustment functions, convenient and quick, with the minimum current adjustment at 1A and the  minimum voltage adjustment at 1kV. 

Operators only need to simply select the corresponding mode on the control panel during  production, one-click call up expert-level spraying parameters, without the need for  cumbersome manual adjustment, ensuring stable and efficient spraying quality. 

Three Preset Spray Modes (Flat Workpieces, Re-sprayed  Workpieces, Special-shaped Workpieces) 

250 Programmable Spray Programs, Enabling Repeatable  Coating Effects 

It can be programmed individually, store 250 custom programs, and these programs can be  recalled at any time, ensuring quick and convenient operation.
