Desktop Experimental Spray Gun System, featuring a base-mounted bracket, is specifically  designed for laboratory desktop environments. It is equipped with a spray gun that closely  mimics production-grade models, paired with a 1.34L small powder container and powder  feeding unit. This setup can highly replicate powder performance in mass production, assisting  users in optimizing spraying parameters and comprehensively evaluating the powder adhesion  rate, atomization effect, and coating quality of different powder formulations. It is an ideal  solution for small-batch trial spraying and proofing. (Note: Wall-mounted bracket is available as  an option.)

This technology achieves stability and high consistency in the spraying process through the precise regulation of powder output, atomizing air and delivery air.

PCC Precision Charging

Dynamic charge regulation and intelligent matching achieve efficient charging and uniform adsorption of powder particles, significantly improving coating quality and production efficiency. 

For workpieces with complex geometries (such as automotive wheel hubs and home appliance casings), its charge regulation system can dynamically enhance the electric field intensity in hidden areas like deep cavities and grooves, ensuring the powder adsorption coverage rate is further improved.
